Correction on Taiwan

A recent column of mine suggested that Covid-19 deaths in Taiwan were low because the nation had almost no lockdowns. Not so. Back in 2003, Taiwan led the world in deaths per capita from the deadly coronavirus SARS-CoV-1. As a result, the antibodies and T-cells of the Taiwanese people were able to defeat Covid-19 because of natural biological adoptability.
