The following were illegal efforts to undermine
the election of Donald Trump and remove him from office:

Hillary Clinton and the Democratic
National Committee paid millions of dollars to former British spy Christopher
Steele, who prepared a dossier smearing Trump using fake Russian sources.
·
When James Comey and
Attorney-General Loretta Lynch presented the Steele dossier to a FISA Court to
obtain warrants for spying on the Trump campaign, they failed to inform the
court of the dossier’s political origins.
·
CIA Director John Brennan and FBI
Director James Comey initiated America’s first-ever counterintelligence
operation against a U.S. presidential candidate. Hundreds of agents endeavored to
entrap members of the Trump campaign and link them to Russia.
·
John Brennan circumvented the law by
using British intelligence to target Trump.
·
Contractors used the surveillance
capabilities of the National Security Agency to spy on the Trump campaign.
·
The DNC sent a Ukrainian American,
Alexandra Chalupa, to the Ukrainian embassy in Washington to coordinate smears
against candidate Trump.
·
Obama’s Ukraine ambassador, Marie
Yovanovitch, illegally instructed her team in Kyiv and the State Department in
Washington to monitor leading American journalists and conservatives, including
Sean Hannity, Lou Dobbs, and Donald Trump, Jr.
·
Peter Strzok, head of the FBI’s
counterintelligence, participated in a conspiracy to undermine a Trump
presidency.
These attempts to subvert the electoral
will of the people deserve prosecution.
